Classes

If you are interested in learning how to make french macarons, I offer classes for groups of 4-10 people.  The cost is $50 per person.  I will come to your home and demonstrate how to make a perfect batch.  Your kitchen must be equipped with a stand mixer with a whisk attachment.

The class will take approximately 2.5 hours.  Each participant will leave with one of my custom french macaron mixes, a box of macarons from the batch we make together, and a list of recipes for my favorite macaron fillings.
